I'm a Product Designer with 6 years of experience in SaaS products, working end-to-end from discovery to delivery in B2B and B2C environments. I have a background in Law, which deepened my ability to conduct research and extract insights from complex contexts, and helped me connect user needs to business strategy in my early experiences as a Designer at LawTechs.

I also hold two MBAs in User Experience: one focused on research, the other on AI-driven innovation. My studies and experience have shown me that user-centered design only creates real impact when it's grounded in data and aligned with product strategy. That's why I see applying research — in its many forms, and for however long each situation calls for — as strategic intelligence, not an isolated step in the process.

Throughout my career, I've conducted qualitative and quantitative research that informed high-impact product decisions, built component libraries and interface standards from scratch, and implemented processes that raised the quality and consistency of the teams I worked with. I also led the adoption of AI-assisted workflows to accelerate delivery without compromising design rigor.
